Hi all,
I installed VC++ Express from an ISO image. When I installed it, I passed the registration procedure, got a "thank you" email with links to registration benefits, etc.
Now, everytime I start IDE, a small icon fires up in the system tray inviting me to register the product. When I click it, it walks me through the same registration procedure, I get the same "thank you" email - over and over again. Same happens when I click "Register product" from the Help menu.
BTW, I never got any product activation code. Not sure if I was supposed to.
Any idea what might be wrong

I suppose FAQ should be clear on this: if you install from ISO image you don't have to register AND nevermind that little annoying icon asking to register - it will go away soon.
