Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition:
My application displays images in a picturebox that is 304x608 pixels.
It also prints them out on paper at the same size.
I scanned my images at 300 dpi and they look great in Photoshop.
But, I am having difficulty getting them to look sharp on the screen / printout.

Post a bit of your code that you are using to load the Picturebox with your scanned image. Some scanners default to Tiff for scanned images. Are you doing any sort of conversion from one image type to another All these things effect quality. Here is a link to a website that can give you more help on working with images in VB:
