Thank you first

i want to ask you

whene am runing vs.net and open any project and make start Debugging i see this message

The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000005) . Click Ok To terminate the application

just create new project and runing Start Debugging iam seeing this message

and am reinstaling vs.net and get the same error
