My Prpgram Throwing an Exception

My program builds without any errors, however, when I run my program I get an OleDbException. Why is this taking place. Does anyone have an explanation as to what is happening here. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem.

Exception Displayed:

Could not find file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Richard\My Documents\Visual Studio2005\Projects\HomeInventory\HomeInventory\bin\Debug\HomeInventory.mdb.
