I installed Visual Basic 2005 Express and it just works fine.
I chose the manual installation fron a CD image because the internet connection would not work.
Now I would like to install MSDN from the same CD image, as it is included, and as I didn't install it at the same time as VB Express.
I have the same problem : internet connection fails, and I don't have the Microsoft Visual Basic Express Edition - ENU installation CD.
What am I to do Reinstall VB Express and MSDN at the same time

Sure,You can do a reinstall and it will allow you to select the MSDN as part of the installation.
VB Express installation is relatively quick and I've experience no problems reinstalling the Express builds numerous times.
You make it a little unclear if you have a CD with express on. But if you do you should just be able to use that.
