If you still haven't received this mail, or need to receive it again, you can trigger another one to be sent by repeating the online registration process a second time. I have waited 11 days for my email, and nothing yet! Does this mean that the computer LOST my email How do you program a computer to wait 7-10 days and then send an email This seems like Microsoft doing something really sneaky and underhanded, and waiting out their loyal programmers base, so they will just give up and buy the book online. Well thanks again Microsoft, once again your code or your integrity is faulty, and either way I get the shaft.

I tried the steps outlined above. My products come up with a box that says "The Product has already been activated."
No, the e-email DID NOT go to my NORTON spam folder and get deleted. Don't go there, please.
