Hi,
I have the same problems as you, and the first problem for creating a new ASP.NET page, this error message:
"the number separator information specified in the numberformatinfo in ambiguous for parsing"
Do I get too in Visual Basic Express, can't do anything with that program, I had beta 1 and there it worked perfect.

were any previous betas of vs express installed This sometimes causes problems. You may uninstall everything and use a regcleaner if previous versions were installed hope this helps. Otherwise you can report your bug to msdn product feedback center.
