Cant read from a database with vb 2005

I am trying to pull info from an access database and I get this message "Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened by another user",...


I have it set to use the native jet engine to work with access databases then it asked for a username and password so I made them up and tested the connection - thats when I get this message.



So does anyone know how I can get it to function I'm new to this stuff (all of it) I 'm used to programming html and javascript in notepad all day so dont be too hard on me Big Smile

    Nevermind I got it going - it wanted me to use the username and password I had set up for this local machine, I didnt know thats what it was asking for so when I made up new info it wouldnt function.
