WeatherTracker Connection Problem

Hello. I've been following the tutorial (Build A Program Now). My problem is that the application can't seem to detect my internet connection. I was able to add the web servie but when I run the completed app, the error (can't connect to the internet) shows up. We're using a proxy here, I don't know if that's the reason.

    BTW, the application I was talking about is the WeatherTracker web application. My online help can't connect as well, although the RSS feeds at the Start Page works fine.

    i think the proxy is the reason search msdn for away to solve this problem
