Installation Questions

This may be a stupid question.

I don't have a broadband connection and I'm planning to download VC++ Express in my friend's computer as an ISO (.IMG) image file as advised by the download page. Transfer the file to my computer and extract via ISO Buster.

My concern is if it is indeed possible to install the program in another computer (not the one that downloaded it) and register it under my name Or maybe MS only allows installation to the computer that downloaded the file. Nothing is mentioned in the website.
