Hi, just downloaded and installed VB express for the second time. Both installations appeared to go fine, but when I try to create a new project it fails, with a message at the bottom of the screen saying "Creating project 'whatever i called it'...project creation failed."

Can you provide more details about the failure
What platform did you use have you installed/uninstalled VB Express on the same machine Does it happen with all kinds of projects or just fails for one project

I'm running XP Pro SP2.
Previously installed VB Express 2005 Beta 2, which worked just fine, until beta test period expired.
I uninstalled it through 'Control Panel / Add Remove..' then downloaded and installed non-beta version from MSDN. Installation appeared to go OK, but when I first tried to run it I got various 'Package Load Failure' messages for 'Visual Studio XML Editor', 'Windows Forms Designer Package' and 'Windows Forms Designer Resources Package', with the option to disable loading them in the future. If you say 'No' then the application does nothing, if you say 'Yes', then you get the 'Project Creation Failed' message when you try to start to do anything.
Any help gratefully recieved
