Hi,
When I try to connect to SQL Express through Express Manager, I receive the following error message. 'Cannot connect to localhost' Additional Information TimeOut Expired : The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
However, I am able to browse through my databases from Database Explorer within Visual Web Developer.
Tell me how to fix this issue
