Shareware Service Starter Kit problem



I downloaded the SharewareStarter kit and installed it. When I Created a new project with the template I got the following error.

"A problem was encountered creating the sub project 'Sharewareservice' . The template specified cannot be found."

What do I need to do to corrent this
