Hi
I have all the programs needed to program a game which is what i am trying to do. But I needed a compiler so I researched and Visual C++ express edition looked great and it's free so I got it. It downloaded fine and I installed it and it works. But I need to go to the options and change some settings in VC++ directories but every time I click on VC++ Directories i get an error that says "Microsoft VC has unexpectadely closed" and it does that every time so I can't do what I want and move on with my project. Please help me with fixing this, thank you

It looks like somehting went wrong while installing the application since I can't reproduce this at all. Also, others on this forums do such task all the time.
Try re-installing and see if the issue still reproduces.
