Customer Experience Improvement Program

Hi,

I have this icon in my system tray in Windows 2000 and it just won't go away.
I've selected "No" in Help | Customer Feedback Options but it doesn't make it go away.

Each time I reinvoke that dialog, neither of the two radio options are set, so I set it to "No" and select OK. But the icon in my system tray remains, and returns every day, all day.

Please help me get rid of this icon from my system tray before I start reaching for the registry editor ;-)

This is a known bug with Beta 2 running Windows 2000. We have already fixed this problem in our most recent builds.

You can prevent this tray icon from appearing by setting the following registry key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VSCommon\8.0\SQM\(Default) to 0.
