Where can I find and download the Mobile Device Application template as one of the project templates for MS Visual C# 2005 Express Edition

Doesn't seem to available. If you have access to the professional edition, you might be able to zip up the templates from there and copy it to your express edition computer, but Microsoft don't support this scenario.
