how to bind multiple datasets to a datagrid?

hello, I have 3 variables the user can set, i.e.

1 drop down menu - Cusine Type

2 text fields - Restaurant Name, Postcode

I have bound 1 txt field to the results datagrid but I can't figure out what to do next. help!
