Can not install VWD at all !!!!!

Hi,

I installed WindowsXP+SP2, and then tried to install VWD. Unfortunately, it always shows "Suite Integration Toolkit Executable" dialog having "Send Error Report" and "Don't Send" button. So I went to see what data this error report contains by clicking "Click here" link. Below is the message shown :

Error signature

AppName: setup.exe AppVer: 8.0.50727.42 ModName: vsscenario.dll

ModVer: 8.0.50727.42 Offset: 0003a490

Next I downloaded an image file from microsoft.com. I still got the same problem. Any idea

Download and install the .NET 2.0 framework first as a separate install.

I've heard that it has helped.

I uninstalled WVD twice and reinstalled it twice today and I had no problem. WinXP+SP2 + most patches.

Can it be the Windows Installer Have you updated to the latest with windows update It should be available via windows update but you can also use this link.
