Do I really have to uninstall Visual Studio 2005 to be able to run Visual Web Developer properly Can they not exist on a machine both at the same time I currently have VS 2005 installed on my computer and I want to install Visual Web Developer Any suggestions

Why uninstall Visual Studio 2005?

They can exist on the same machine. It is only if you have a beta or preview version installed you need to uninstall.
The title of section 1 says: Uninstall beta versions
If you don't have any beta versions of visual studio you can just continue to install.
