Vb express beta 2 +sp2 installation issues

i was trying to install vb express edition and it requires sp2. i tried to install it and serious hardware issues occured and after searching on the internet there is a problem with the motherboard and cpu signatures. after various failures to install sp2 i decided that i want go there again due to sensitive data that i have on my pc.my questions is; is there any other way to install vb and web developer express edition beta 2 without installing sp2. maybe a hotfix exists that exists in sp2 and requires it in order to install express edition and is available separately

Unfortunately, no. Express requires SP2 for a variety of reasons not just a hotfix.
