Visual Studio .NET 2005 Express (which includes VB, VC++, C#, WebDev etc.)
They are all available FREE in the website.
But, I don't have Broadband service, nor my friends, I couldn't able to download them (every single of them is of 500MB), nor any credit card to buy it from net.
I will be thankful to you, if you send me a copy of it.

I checked up today. The September 2005 issue of DIGIT Magazine (costs Rs.125) has all the Express Editions on DVD which comes with the magazine except for SQL Express - which is anyway not mentioned in your list.
I recommend you get yourself a copy of September issue of DIGIT Magazine.

At the moment the Express Products are available only for download from the Internet and you need Internet for registering the products as well.
I recommend you check if any of the magazines such as PC Quest/Digit have it on CD which comes along with the magazine. But you would still need atleast a dial-up connection to register the products.
