When I try and download "Visual Basic Express" I go through the setup, then it calculates the speed, at 0kb, and then does nothing. I already tried turning off my firewall and still didn't work. What can I do I have now tried and disabled the antivirus, and I could download .net 2.0 but not visual basic.
