I registered by Visual c# express edition two days ago, Although the product is nregisterd, I read the registration key off the screen I have not yet received the confirmation email, So how do I access the benefits page for the said downloads and eBooks

    When I go to the My Participation page it says I am not enrolled in any programs. When I look at the list of available programs I don't see anything about VS2005 or C#. Should there be some registration benefits option that I am supposed to enroll in

    Be sure your passport e-mail address works to receive mails. If you have a spamfilter it might sort it out so that can also be a clue where it has gone.

    You can go to http://connect.microsoft.com for the benefits portal. Sign in with the same passport you registered with and choose "My participation"

    it sounds as you have not registered any Express product or it has not passed enough time for the site to recognize your registration.

    Maybe you registered with another login

    I registered VS2005 C# express about 5 hours ago. The email welcoming me and offering the registration benefits contained a link that is the problem. Maybe I have not allowed enough time to elapse. I see that there are countless other posts just like mine on the MS forumns. Couldn't someone at Microsoft adjust something to make this work correctly

    The best way to make sure your feedback gets to microsoft is to send it to them. For connect site (benefits portal) you can use the contact is link found at bottom of the pages
