Is it ok to install .net2003 after .net2005 installed?

I have vs.net 2005 installed, now I want to install vs.net2003 (so that I can open .net2005 projects with .net 2005 and open .net2003 projects within .net2003), is it ok to do so if yes, what do I need to pay attention to

    thx Glenn for ur suggestion, but It's going to take long time to uninstall 2005 and install 2003, then re-install 2005, such a pain

    You might be able to try it, and then do a reset of the application settings for the 2005 products from the tools menu on the VS2005 system.

    It can be done, but I found that it was easier to install the 2003 products first then install the 2005 products, this way the file assosiations where set up correctly.
