I can't seem to change the splash screen under Project|Properties|Application|Splash Screen.
Only my main form is visble in the list. I've added a splash screen from Project|Add Windows Form.
Any thoughts

To revise my last, It's just intermittant. No two ways work the same back to back. Just takes some fiddling.
