From inside Visual Studio, click on the "Help" menu and select the "Register Product..." option. Go through the process as if you were registering the product a second time (the registration fields will be prepopulated for you, so it will only take a few seconds). The registration key will be displayed at the end of the process. Note that you will receive another registration acknowledgement mail as a result of doing this.
