  thanks for the reply. I have been to the page you mention before and noticed the link of register to download it as an add-on to Visual Studio .NET 2003. Will this work with VS 2005 Its the only download link I can find on the page.

  The Java Language Conversion Assistant is not included in Visual C# Express Edition.

  We made this decision based on a couple of factors, primarily audience and size. The audience for C# Express is beginners, hobbyists, and students, rather then professional developers and by the nature of the beast, JLCA is for professional developers. On the size front, our goal with Express has always been around designing a tool that can be downloaded. Adding the JLCA 3.0 would have been a very large hit from a size perspective as the C# Express IDE, the .NET Framework 2.0, and SQL Server Express combined are smaller then the JLCA, which is large in size due to the conversion engine and documentation.

  The easiest way to use the JLCA 3.0 is to use Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition or higher as it is built-into the product.

  Is there a version of the JLCA that works or will work with the Express Editions (either C# or Web Developer)

  The only version that I can find for download appears to only work with VS 2003.
