"Currituck WITs" failure whilst trying to create a new project...

I am getting a "Currituck WITs failed" when I try and create a new project, the exception has the following...

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK__@members__24C087ED'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.@members'.

The trouble is I can't seem to find which database or table this is refering too.  Anyone any idea

    I can't find the log you speak of, it is not where you suggested it would be. I am going to post the query results in CSV form in 3 separate posts as it is quite large

    As I recall I had a 32000 issue which meant I couldn't complete the install of TFS (single machine install).  I don't think I deleted the currituckdb, as I didn't know what it was and someone I asked thought it was the sql2005 version of northwind. So that may explain why there were two entries.

    Having removed those two enties I am getting

    Event Description: Initialization for plugin "Microsoft.Pcw.currituck" failed with error: "There is a problem on the server, please contact your administrator"

    I'll have a look around for a solution for that...

    There are duplicate entries in the "Constants" table. I am not sure how it ended up like that, but deleting one of the entries should fix the issue. Would you please outline the steps you have done so that i can try to repro this issue. Meanwhile, would you please try reintalling the AT and DT
