Is it possible to install TFS in a named instance of SQL Server 2005 Beta 3 Refresh documentation says that it isn’t possible. Is there any workaround Will this restriction still be present in RTM

I'm afraid it is not possible and the restriction will still be present at RTM. TFS must be installed in the default instance. This is a restriction we hope to remove in a future version.
