I'm very new to team system. I'm learing team system particularly Testing and Project management. I'm struggling with testing tools(web test and load test).Is anybody know how to start and learn these tools Please guide me. Give me useful material links for self learing.

Have you installed the MSDN documention There should be some walkthroughs in there. Probably the quickest way to learn is to watch some of the videos on the Team System site http://msdn.microsoft.com/teamsystem (under Technical Resources).
We'll have even more documentation available with Beta 2!
