I would like to have 2 new fields, one that will fill the project manager, for example.
1. Create database (24 hours)
but the person who designs the database didnt take 24 hours, it took houirs or less than 24 hours, so I would like to have reports that tell me if the projects are on time or not.

Have you taken a look a team project created with the MSF for Agile methodology
When you create a new task and check the details tab, there are two field:
Remaining Work
Completed Work
A project manager (using MS Project or MS Excel or Visual Studio) can set the remaining work fields in the planning phase of the project.
The developer can go in through Visual Studio and update the completed work for each task. If there is a task that didn't take as long as predicted by the project manager, then the developer can set the completed work to the amount it took and the remaining work to zero.
It is possible to design a report or use MS Project to see if the project is on time or not.
