Newbie questions

hi

I want to start using fxcop

but i only do web development in 2.0 now a days.

I just noticed that asp.net 2.0 will not generate a dll for the web site like 1.1 used to do

how can i use fx cop without generating the web site dll

or am i doing something wrong and i should be able to build a dll for my web site
