How to record the process of examining and commenting the file?

as a rule, a file must be examined and commented serveral times, I want to record all these processes in TFS, How can I do for example, I write a word file and store it in TFS, but my leader found some faults, he want to add his opinion to make me modify it , where can he record his comments

    Hmmm I think TFS don't have that funcionality by default, but you can choose, to use word comments, and also create a custom work item type of something like "Document Review task" or so and link to the document, so you can keep tracking of the changes to the document, but it's simple idea.
