When is VSTS Beta3 Extensibility Kit releasing?

 I'm looking for sample apps for Beta3 WorkItem Object Model to import bugs from Beta2 server to Beta3 server. I was told that it will be releasing soon. Does anyone know the exact date

    The extensibility kit for Beta 3 is finally released!

    Will this version of the Extensibility Kit support ONLY Beta 3 or will it be for Beta 3 & the Beta 3 Refresh (which I am hoping will be released any day now )

    The extensibility kit will apply to both beta 3 and beta 3 refresh.

    The only difference between beta 3 and beta 3 refresh is that the refresh release gets TFS beta 3 in sync with the final release of VS 2005 and SQL 2005.  There are some bug fixes in refresh, but the main motivation behind it is the compatibility with the release of the other apps.
