This is the only forum I could find for Team System (I noted that there are some regular newsgroups set up for other languages).
Since this is designed to be general, where can I ask a specific question about working with an object within the QualityTools.UnitTesting.Framework namespace

Where can I ask an in depth question?

I'm not sure why you think only one of those forums is Team System relative. Perhaps we are talking at cross-purposes here, using the same terms but meaning different things
To me, Team System is the overall name for a collection of tools based on and integrated with Visual Studio.
Three of the products (SKUs) you can buy are: Team Edition for Software Architects, Team Edition for Software Developers and Team Edition for Testers. I consider those three forums to be Team System forums.
The Team System architecture is built around a central server - the Team Foundation Server so I also consider the Team Foundation and the Team Foundation Server Setup and Administration forums to be Team System forums.
The Team System Workshop (or Workbench) is a collection of projects to further extend Team System and Domain-Specific Language tools is one of those projects, so those two forums seem to qualify as Team System forums.
Finally, one of the tools included in Team System is the idea of process guidance and automation. One of the two processes included in the first Team System release is the Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) so I consider the MSF forumn to be a Team System forum.
