Change Team Project Properties

How do you change a team project's properties I named the team project WAM which stands for "Web Access Management". I'm not sure what the difference is between the properties "Name" and "Project Name", but I would assume that I would be able to change one of them.

    Are you trying to rename the Team Project   Renaming a Team Project is not supported in v1.

    The description is stored on the SharePoint site for the team project.  You can use SharePoint to edit it.
