Need Hierarchy chart for VC++ 2005

  The documentation shipped with VS2005 only contains hierarchy chart for MFC70.
  The following page is the same as the corresponding one in msdn.microsoft.com
  http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ws8s10w4(en-US,VS.80).aspx
  Is that a documentation bug Since msdn2 says "This site, MSDN2, contains the documentation for two new products, Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005. "

  If u have MSDN installed in ur system, just type "Hierarchy Chart" in index.
  go to the first item "Hierarchy Chart" displayed in the below list box. thats wll do

  I couldn't found one for ATL!

  As I am working in MFC, I am looking out for MFC.
  If I could also get ATL etc. it will be good for my knowledge.

  I am trying to the hierarchy chart for MFC 8, I am aware of MFC 7, but since MFC 8 is available I am looking forward to MFC 8.

  I searched on the MSDN site, still no result.
