Any information the axLEDMeter Control?

I would like to use an LED style VU (Volume Unit) meter in my audio C++ .NET app.

I have found the axLEDMeter control under the COM tab of the Tools->Choose Toolbox Items dialog. I cannot find any documentation either in the VC++ (2005 Express Edition) or on MSDN. Does anyone know how to use this control (with code examples)

The only LEDMeter control I know of is in fact installed with Nero Burning Rom. It's not part of VS2005 so there is no documentation for it and anyway I doubt that you are allowed to use it.
