every visual express package i try to install crashes at the .net 2 part. I've uninstalled .net 1.1 from my pc but still no difference. i see in other forums people have had the same problem but there seems to be no solution.
how can this even happen there dont seem to be any resources on the ms site with helpful info.
i've not got any other beta software installed on my pc. i'm running xp pro with sp2.
any ideas
