SQL Agent Limitation (SQL 2005)

Hello everybody,

Can someone tell me if there are any limitation in SQL Server Agent of SQL Server 2005

I have a Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 with 16GB RAM and SQL Server 2005. However my SQL Agent log say:

"Message
[310] 4 processor(s) and 4096 MB RAM detected"

Any KB related
