What's a UDF file?!

I'm trying to download the Enterprise Edition of SQL Server 2005 CTP from this link

I see the ISO file links, but they link to UDF files. What are those How to convert them to ISO files

What's a UDF file?!

    The SQL Server 2005 install images are DVDs, not CDs. UDF is the file system commonly used on DVD disks.

    .UDF is to DVD images what .ISO is to CD images.

    Most DVD burning software should recognise the UDF files and be able to burn them to DVDs.

    ISOBuster does and so does winrar, but nero burning rom doesn't. UDF file is recognized as an User Defined Function in my computer. I guess i have to extract the file and burn or rename the file to .iso and burn!

    Isobuster can open .udf  DVD image files.
