Hi Inbal,
Take a look at the "Sales Reason Comparisons" Report Action in the Adventure Works cube - which has these values:
1. The Report Server (this is just the category for the following entries):
2. The Server name: Localhost (or your Reporting Server name, if it's not local)
3. The Server path: ReportServer /AdventureWorks Sample Reports/Sales Reason Comparisons
4. The Report format: HTML5
