June CTP: Fantastic! Now...

Ok, so I'm downloading the June CTP from Betaplace right now.  And of course I'm greedy :)

Will this version interop with Vs.net 2005 b2   Is there a new Vs.net 2005 CTP coming

    Please let me know how did you find out the .net framework version for June CTP The actual version of .net framework in June CTP is 2.0.50215.312 and is ofcourse greater than the .44 in April CTP.

    I just installed June CTP on my computer. I completely removed everything i.e. VS Beta 2, April CTP, and .NET Framework. Then I installed .NET Framework that came with June CTP's install, June CTP and VS beta 2.

    Now, when I look into the information of each .net framework versioin I am seeing V2.0.50215.32. However, in April CTP this framework version was 2.0.50215.44.

    Can someone explain why they decreased the version number instead of increasing or keeping them same

    Let me know please, I am just curious.

    The readme.htm file says June CTP should work with VS2005 Beta 2, though you need to uninstall everything (first SQL2005, then VS2005 and finally Net Framework 2) before installing it. Haven't had time to try it myself.
