Hi!
I'm attempting to install SQL Server Express under Windows XP, and have installed all the pre-requisite software (Windows installer and framework). However, when it reaches the screen during the SQL Server install entitled 'System Configuration Check' it pauses at 'SQL Server is scanning your computer's configuration'. It was hanging there for an hour, so I retried, and it's doing the same.
Is there anything I can do to get it past this install point
