Can Enterprise Evalution Edition be installed on Windows XP SP2 Home Edition now?

    No. I believe that only Developer Edition and Express Edition can be installed on XP Home SP2. Developer Edition allows you to test the behavior of Enterprise Edition.
     
    Developer Edition is about $50 retail and is also available on MSDN (I'm not sure if all subscription levels include it).

    I don't believe so, enterprise edition required advanced server.

    You can install developer edition which has the same functionality as enterprise edition.
