System.OutOfMemoryException was thrown

When i invoke to New Database Engine Query an error occurred which is following.

Error: "Fail to Create New SQL Server Script"

Exception Type: System.OutOfMemoryException

OS: Windows XP SP2

Framework: .NET Framework 2.0

Moreover, i can not edit Store Procedures.

Can anybody assist me to resolve this issue.
