Unable to get snapshot agent to initialize

  Sorry about the delay, but IE7 doesn't support the message control, must be a setting that I couldn't figure out. Here is the output from the replication monitor, it appears that the SQL Server Agent isn't running, but I am unable to determine the issue, since it is reported as running:

  So are you saying that you are not able to start the SQL Server agent

  If you do: net start sqlserveragent

  or try to start from the configuration manager,
