Some users get the error

The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

when they click on one of the reports in report manager. It does not seem to matter what user logs in.

    It looks like a 401 error. Are you seeing this when you click a link to a report in report manager Does this happen for all reports or just a specific report

    The problem happens for all reports on certain computers. It occurs when the user clicks the report.

    I can't think of anything obvious. If some computers are working, but some are not, I suggest you take a look at the differences in configuration. Perhaps you can also look at the network trace to see if the working computers are sending different requests than the not working ones. I suspect this has more to do with IIS than with RS.
