Hi,

i have installed service pace 2, for the print icon to appear in the report viewer tool bar. it works fine, but for the first time it prompts for the installation of Active X control.

But the users are not allowed to download any active X control.

are there any ways to resolve the problem.

    You can install via SMS, programmatically or by hand. The Print Control is stored on the server as a cab file rsclientprint.cab.
