Chart not sizing to Webpart bucket

I moved in one of my small charts into my webparts page into one of the buckets via a ReportViewer.  I set the toolbar size to none but I still have to scroll up and down in my bucket on my webpart page to see the graph.  How do I tell it basically to crop to the chart with no scrolling

Any insight would be greatly appreciated
